Flight Club is a monthly, members-only tasting experience featuring four exclusive 4oz scoop flavors created for head-to-head competition. Each drop explores a new theme, with flavors designed to push boundaries, revisit nostalgia, or experiment with new techniques.
Members don’t just taste–they decide. After each release, subscribers vote for their favorite flavor, and the fighting champion earns a spot on the public menu.

How it Works
Included Each Month
- Four 4oz scoops, packaged separately.
- An info card with details on all four fighters.
- Voting access to decide which flavor becomes a future pint release.
Pick-Up
Flight Club Drop Weekend: every 4th Friday.
Boxes will be ready starting on the 4th Friday of each month at Sugar Euphoria: 606 N. Person Street, Raleigh, NC 27604.
Pickup is available during Sugar Euphoria's normal business hours.
Bold Batch Creamery operates within a shared space. Due to storage contraints, ice cream must be picked up by the second weekend in order to be claimed. Unclaimed ice cream is not eligible for a refund.
Important Note on Dietary Restrictions and Allergens
Flight Club is a curated, rotating lineup, which means flavor allergens will vary from month to month. We're not able to offer substitutions or modifications, so come ready to try it all or share with a friend.

No problem. You can skip or cancel at any time in your Member Portal.
Requests received before the second Friday of the month apply to that month. Requests received after the second Friday will apply to the following month.

Bold Batch Creamery is a small-batch ice cream production rooted in storytelling through flavor. What began as handmade pints shared with friends has grown into a creative studio for ice cream that blends global inspiration with playful experimentation. Our mission is to create thoughtfully crafted flavors that feel both familiar and surprising.
Meet our Founder, Maura
Growing up, Maura always loved bringing joy to others through dessert. It was her own personal interest in dessert that led her to experiment with homemade ice cream in 2020. She quickly found that most store-bought ice cream wasn’t going to cut it for her anymore. So, she decided to go rogue and craft her own ideal ice cream—one with a rich, creamy texture, unique and inspired flavors, and loads of high quality mix-ins.
Working at night and on the weekends alongside her full-time job in higher education, Bold Batch Creamery was born from a humble at-home kitchen with a desire to deliver ridiculously good ice cream to the people who’d enjoy it most. Several years later, Maura now finds herself with a community of foodies and ice cream lovers alike. She’s excited to be bringing her artisanal, small batch ice cream to the wider Raleigh, Durham, and greater Triangle area with the same sincerity and surprising flavors as day one.
